#7: Madelines.

Madeline, originating from France, is a small cake baked in a shell shaped mould. I have been wanting to bake them for a couple of times but I do not have the relevant moulds to make them. Till a month ago, I ordered my madelines moulds together with the mooncakes moulds. Hence, I took some time today to make these cute little things.

I made the normal madelines today but they are available in many flavours too as shown below:
  1. Normal Madelines (These normal madelines are soft and are accompanied by a lemon aftertaste)
  2. Lavender Madelines (As a lavender lover, needless to say, I do have these madelines available too)
  3. Earl Grey Madelines
  4. Chocolate-coated Madelines (Designed for the chocolate lovers)

Cheers!
