#4: Mooncakes (Specially for Mooncake Festival)

In view of the upcoming Mid Autumn Festival, I will be making snowskin mooncakes with different flavoured skins and different pastes, custard snowskin mooncakes and Taiwanese mooncakes.

Available Skins for Snowskin Mooncakes Include:

4. Chocolate Flavoured Skin

5. Lemon Flavoured Skin

6. Mango Flavoured Skin

7. Lychee Flavoured Skin

8. Orange Flavoured Skin

Available Pastes Include:

1. Lotus Paste

2. White Lotus Paste

3. Red Been Paste

4. Macha Paste

Available Sizes for Snowskin Mooncakes

The range of price is due to the different ingredients that are required for the different mooncakes’ flavours. Please email chomelyang@gmail.com to enquire more about it.

Snowskin Mooncakes can be stored in the fridge/freezer up to 40 days’ time.

For both the Custard Mooncakes and Taiwanese Mooncakes, they are snowskin mooncakes and baked mooncakes respectively, however they are sold separately from the snowskin mooncakes as listed above. They come in one box of 8 mini mooncakes and are priced at $20 per box.
