During my childhood days, I always remember sneaking into the kitchen, making my way to the table top with a big metal spoon. Then, I will scoop a big scoop of kaya and place it in my mouth. The rich coconut and pandan taste will fill my entire mouth.
After reviewing a few recipes, I have also came up with my own version of pandan kaya bread. Other than the kaya layer on the bread, they also come with a generous serving of kaya within the bread. So all KAYA lovers out there, come on and try these wonderful bread!
Next up, I am going to post Cod Roe (Mentaiko) Pizza, stay tune!
Madeline, originating from France, is a small cake baked in a shell shaped mould. I have been wanting to bake them for a couple of times but I do not have the relevant moulds to make them. Till a month ago, I ordered my madelines moulds together with the mooncakes moulds. Hence, I took some time today to make these cute little things.
I made the normal madelines today but they are available in many flavours too as shown below:
Normal Madelines (These normal madelines are soft and are accompanied by a lemon aftertaste)
Lavender Madelines (As a lavender lover, needless to say, I do have these madelines available too)
Earl Grey Madelines
Chocolate-coated Madelines (Designed for the chocolate lovers)
HELLO! This is the first bread that I am posting online. Cinnamon Bread is soft in the inside with a rich cinnamon flavour both on the inside and the outside of the bread.
These cinnamon breads are freshly made and they need to be consume in 2-3 days upon delivery, depending on the condition that they are exposed to.
CHOCOLATE CAKES have always been one of the favourite cakes for birthdays, celebrations and even just as a normal dessert.
I always baked two kinds of chocolate cakes to cater to different chocolate lovers.
For the first kind of chocolate cake, it would be the CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE. This CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE has a chocolate fudge icing coating its outside while it has buttercream frosting between the cake. Its sweet with a mixture of both bittersweet and semisweet chocolate.
As for the second kind of chocolate cake, it would be the ULTRA RICH CHOCOLATE CAKE. This is suitable for chocolate lovers that prefers a cake that is not so sweet and leaves a slight bitter aftertaste. It has a bittersweet chocolate frosting, causing a slight bitter aftertaste lingering in the mouth after eating it.
